Orders
Products on preorder typically take 4–6 weeks to dispatch. You can choose to preorder and pay now. We will reserve the item for you and dispatch it ASAP.
Preorders sometimes can take 2 weeks to deliver this is something we cannot guarantee hence the time buffer.
If an item is out of stock, dispatch will be delayed until it is available. All remaining items will be reserved.
We also highly suggest to sign up for a notification and we will send you a update when the item is back in stock.

Please note: Have your order number ready, along with clear images or videos showing the issue.
When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. Within this e-mail is a link to download your invoice which will contain all the information needed.
11.1 EU Customers
- Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.
11.2 Non-EU Customers
- Import duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refusal of duties may result in return at customer’s expense; refunds only cover the goods, minus return shipping.
11.3 UK Customers Brexit Changes
Prices shown on our website and in your cart do not include VAT. Additional charges such as UK import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees may apply when your order arrives in the UK. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery.
If you are unsure about the potential costs, we recommend checking with your local customs authorities prior to making a purchase.
We highly recommend using the services of one of our authorised workshops, as they have the appropriate tools, expertise, and experience to carry out a safe and proper installation.
If you are located far from one of our authorised workshops, we strongly recommend having the installation carried out by a qualified professional workshop nearest to you.
Please note that having the parts installed by a non-authorised workshop will not void your warranty. However, the warranty will not cover any damage to the parts resulting from improper installation.
Returns
Before sending anything back, make sure it meets the conditions below — returns that don’t meet the conditions won’t be approved.

Items returned with damage, missing parts, or signs of use not caused by us
Returns submitted more than 30 days after delivery. If it doesn’t meet the criteria, we can’t accept the return.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 48 hours.
If approved, refunds are processed immediately and should appear in your account within 3–5 business days.
PayPal refunds may take up to 7 days to clear.
Shipping
No, we ship only to EU and United Kindgdom. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Domestic shipments: 1–5 business days.
International shipments: 3–14 business days, depending on courier.
Orders before 12:00 CET: dispatched the same business day.
Orders after 12:00 CET: dispatched the next business day.
Warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays.

Dry Carbon (Authentic Carbon) is the highest-quality carbon fibre. It is made from real carbon fibre with minimal resin, making it lightweight, strong, and durable. It has a premium finish, does not yellow or peel over time.
Wet Carbon is produced with additional resin, making it heavier and less durable than dry carbon. It can yellow and warp over time. Although it looks similar to authentic carbon, its performance and longevity are lower.
Yes - at this time most elements conclude subtle AF Signature logo on the carbon.
