Shipping & Returns Policy

1. General

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.

  • If an item is unavailable, we will dispatch available items and contact you to choose whether to wait for restock or receive a refund.

  • All prices include applicable VAT for EU customers. Non-EU customers may be subject to import duties and taxes at their own expense.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • The price displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost charged.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Domestic Transit Times (Poland)

  • Domestic shipments: 1–5 business days.

3.2 International Transit Times

  • International shipments: 3–14 business days, depending on courier.

3.3 Dispatch Times

  • Orders before 12:00 CET: dispatched the same business day.

  • Orders after 12:00 CET: dispatched the next business day.

  • Warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays.

3.4 Preorders

  • Preorders: 4–6 weeks dispatch + standard courier handling times.

3.5 Change of Delivery Address

  • Delivery addresses may be changed before dispatch.

3.6 Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item is out of stock, remaining items will be reserved until available.

3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

  • If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately to investigate with the courier.

4. Tracking Notifications

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

5. Damages in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  2. Create a report with the courier and have it signed.

  3. Contact us immediately at: sales@afcrbn.com

This ensures fast resolution and proper warranty or replacement support.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled anytime before dispatch.

  • Orders already dispatched must follow the Returns Policy.

7. Voluntary Returns (Optional 30-Day Policy)

  • AF.CRBN offers a 30-day voluntary return period as a courtesy.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and approval of the returned items.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. This is a voluntary policy. Polish law provides additional statutory rights described below.

8. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right of Withdrawal)

Polish & EU law grants consumers a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

  • Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

  • How to withdraw: Notify us at returns@afcrbn.com

  • Return shipping: The consumer is responsible for return costs unless agreed otherwise.

  • Refund timing: We refund all payments, including standard shipping, within 14 days of withdrawal notice, but we may wait until the goods are returned or proof of shipment is provided.

  • Condition of returned goods: You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

9. Warranty Returns

  • AF.CRBN provides a manufacturer warranty valid for 360 days from receipt.

  • Shipping costs to return items for warranty consideration are covered by the customer; once approved, return shipping is reimbursed.

  • Warranty claims are processed within 7 days.

9.1 Warranty Options

After approval, you may choose:

  • Refund to original payment method or bank account

  • Replacement item (subject to availability)

9.2 Warranty Conditions

  • Professional Installation: Installation by an AF.CRBN-approved installer may be reviewed in the claim but not required.

  • Manufacturer Defect Coverage: Only faults caused by manufacturing defects are covered.

  • No Prior Damage: Damage from stone chips, scrapes, accidents, or impacts is excluded.

  • Genuine AF.CRBN Product: Only authentic products are covered; counterfeits are excluded.

10. Statutory Consumer Defect Liability (Rękojmia)

  • Separate from warranty, consumers have 2-year legal rights for defective products under Polish law.

  • Consumers may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract rescission according to statutory rules.

  • This cannot be replaced or limited by the warranty period.

11. Duties & Taxes

11.1 EU Customers

  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.

11.2 Non-EU Customers

  • Import duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refusal of duties may result in return at customer’s expense; refunds only cover the goods, minus return shipping.

11.3 UK Customers Brexit Changes

Prices shown on our website and in your cart do not include VAT. Additional charges such as UK import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees may apply when your order arrives in the UK. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery.

If you are unsure about the potential costs, we recommend checking with your local customs authorities prior to making a purchase.

12. Insurance

  • All parcels are insured against loss and damage.

  • Damaged parcels: Refunds or replacements after courier investigation.

  • Lost parcels: Refunds or replacements once confirmed by courier.
