Warranty Policy

Warranty 12-Months

AF.CRBN offers a manufacturer’s warranty valid for 360 days from the date of receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items for warranty consideration. Once a claim is approved, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

  • Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days.

Warranty Conditions

  • Approved Installation: Installation by an AF.CRBN-approved installer may be reviewed during the claim but is not required.

  • Manufacturer Defect Coverage: Only faults caused by manufacturing defects are covered not bad installation. 

  • No Prior Damage: Damage resulting from stone chips, scrapes, accidents, or impacts is excluded.

  • Original Product AF.CRBN: Only authentic AF.CRBN products are eligible; counterfeits are excluded. All products are marked with production stickers and should not be removed. This will void warranty claim. 

  • You must be the original buyer of our products and cannot be pre-installed. 

Warranty Options

Once your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Replacement item (subject to availability)

Statutory Consumer Defect Liability (Rękojmia)

In addition to the warranty, consumers have 2-year legal rights for defective products under Polish law.

  • Consumers may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract rescission in accordance with statutory rules.

  • These rights cannot be replaced, limited, or waived by the warranty period.
